Alma Breshears Dies in Baker
Funeral services for Mrs. Alma Breshears, Elgin housewife, have been scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Elgin Methodist Church. Mrs. Breshears, 73, died at a Baker hospital yesterday after an extended illness. Interment will take place at the Summerville Cemetery.
Born in Island City, Mrs. Breshears has been a resident of Union and Baker counties for 47 years. She was a member of the First Methodist church of Cove, Evangeline Chapter, and the Eugene Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by a son, Dell Breshears, Eugene; one daughter, Mrs. Lee Ellen Coe, Elgin; and three grandchildren and other relatives.
Arrangements and services are under the direction of the Daniels Funeral Home.
