Edward J. Barnicle, 95, of Green Harbor, a retired salesman for the Somerset Paper Co., in Somerville, died Sept 6, 1997at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis.
Mr Barnicle was born in Boston. He has been a summer resident in Green Harbor since 1950 before becoming a permanent resident 23 years a go. He was a graduate of St Mary's High School in Waltham and the University of Massachusetts.
Husband of the late Margaret E. (Linehan) Barnicle, he is survived by five nieces, three nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
