The funeral for Mary E. Baker, 64, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Riley Funeral Home in Chatfield, with the Rev. Carol L. Shaffer officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Baker, of Rochester, formerly of Chatfield, died Tuesday (April 29, 2008) at REM-Rochester Inc. on 55th Street N.W.

Mary Elizabeth Horan was born Aug. 6, 1943, in Chatfield, and graduated from Chatfield High School in 1961. She married and was later divorced. She lived in Chatfield, Minneapolis, and Rochester for the last 20 years. She was a member of PossAbilities and REM, and enjoyed shopping, dancing, and going out to eat.

Survivors include two sons, Jim (Lisa) Baker of Preston and Richard (Diane) Baker of Boone, Iowa; a daughter, Phyllis (Mike) Larson of Plymouth, Minn.; four grandchildren; her mother, Florence Horan of Stewartville; and two sisters, Donna (John) Amundson of Chatfield and Joan (John) McCallum of Sarasota, Fla. She was preceded in death by her father, Leo Horan.

Visitation will be an hour before the service Saturday at Riley Funeral Home.
