Mr. Mounts was born and reared in this county. He left here in 1891 and never returned. He was the son of James and Elizabeth Mounts, deceased.
Surviving are four daughters and three sons. Also two brothers, Arch Mounts and Tom Mounts of this county; two sisters Mrs. Maggie Baker, this county and Mrs. Nancy Ballard, Salem, Oregon.
