Annie was born in San Augustine Co., Texas, to Edmon and Mittie Thompson. She loved working in her yard and being with family. She was an excellent cook, especially her "homemade bread and fried chocolate pies."
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Albert Hoffman; two daughters; one grandson; five sisters; and two brothers.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Hoffman and wife, Carolyn, of Waco; granddaughter, Janetta Fabianke and husband, Michael, of Lott; grandsons, Donnie Hoffman, of Chalk Bluff, Johnny Garrett and wife, Casey, of Gholson, and Jeff Webb and wife, Pam, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; 11 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
