My mother was the daughter of Riley Robertson Johnson and Arminta Lollar. She married Jack Rufus Clark 3 April 1929 in Lamar Co, Texas. She loved her garden and grew beautiful roses. In 1944 she moved to California and fell in love with Taco's. She enjoyed movies, her favorite movie stars were Zackery Scott and Vernonia Lake. She was a farmer's daughter and even in 1944 she raised Chickens, Rabbits and ducks. She had a vegatable garden most of her life. Her grandchilren was the joy of her life.

Eva Dell Clark, 74, of Centerton died Saturday at her home. She was born Aug 30, 1911 in Petty, Texas. She and her husband moved to Benton County from Redondo Beach, CA., in 1981. She was a housewife and a member of the Alonda Park Methodist Church in CA.

Survivors include two sons, Jack M. Clark of Bentonville and Don Clark of Covina, CA., three daughters, Jenevia Lowery of Houston Texas, Patricia Meyer of San Dimas, CA., and Brenda Mowrey of Harbor-City CA., two brothers, J.N. Johnson of Hillsboro, TX and Cleo Johnson of Arlington, TX, two sisters, Mary Loma Cox of Dallas and Stella Taylor of Bonham, TX. 18 grandchilren, eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

A graveside funeral service was today at Centerton Cemetery under direction of Burns Funeral Home of Bentonville.
