William Dillard Clark

Honey Grove,William Dillard Clark, nearly 77, died at home at Petty, Thursday at 1 p.m., after seven years illness. Funeral services, Saturday at 2 p.m., will be conducted at First Christian Church here where he was a member, the pastor, the Rev. Edwin Gorom, and the Rev, Mr. Hembrick officiating. Interment by Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home will be made in Oakwood Cemetery, Honey Grove.

Born at Haydenburg, Tennessee Aug 17, 1885, Mr. Clark was a son of Silas Grundy Clark and Louvice Ann Wilson. He married Miss Naomi Sisco on March 1, 1903, her death occurring two months ago. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge.

Surviving are four sons, Silas Clark, Petty; Amos Clark, Clardy; Zifton Clark, Fort Worth and Jack Clark, Los Angeles California; 31 other descendants; a brother and three sisters, Marshall Clark, Mrs. Jess Carder, Mrs. Opal Pearce and Mrs. Charlie Williams, all of Honey Grove.
