Mr. Clubb was born December 13, 1922 in Buncombe County to Robert Calvin and Celia Lee Clubb.
He was self employed as a stone mason.
Clifford served in the US Navy during WW II and the US Air Force during the Korean conflict.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Buncombe County Veterans Council
