Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Card Funeral Home with burial in Indianola City Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Grant Bennett; two daughters, Sylvia Bennett McMillin of Chattanooga, Tn, and Nancy Bennett Costello of Lake Providence, LA; three sons, James Grady Bennett of Jackson, Reggie Bennett of Indianola and Tom Bennett of Nashville, TN; two sisters, Frances Rankin of Jackson and Evelyn Morris of Wayne, Ind.; one brother, Charles Bennett of Memphis; 10 grandchildren.
