Funeral services for Iris Blevins, 102, of Matador will be at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, at the Church of Christ in Matador. Officiating will be Michael G. Crowley. Interment will follow in East Mound Cemetery at Matador under the direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Matador.
Mrs. Blevins died Monday at a local nursing home.
She was born June 19, 1905 , in Comanche County, Texas, and had been a resident of Motley County since 1939. She had worked in the Matador ISD cafeteria, was a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvie Blevins, a son, Ray Blevins, And by two daughters, Pauline Ray and Lois Cook. She is survived by: 1 Son, Lewis, of Matador Son-in-law Walter Ray and wife Jane 9 grandchildren: 17 greatgrandchildren 5 great-greatgrandchildren:
