Barbara was the only child of and is survived by Louis and Lois Webb; also survived by her husband, Lynn Spencer; children, Charles, Lyna Sue, Patricia and Bart; 11 grandchildren; and many other family members.
She was a kind loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She was most happy surrounded by her family.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel, 806 Travis Blvd., Fairfield with a visitation from 9-10 a.m.
