Phil SETTEM wrote me the following: "David HODGES actually didn't die on Feb. 4th, but rather on Feb. 6th. I'm guessing he very possibly died while enroute to the hospital. (I provided Craig Chariton with naval records verifying the date). In addition - my dad, John B. SETTEM, told me he was able to go see David before he was taken ashore and put on the train to go to the hospital."
