George Leo Neumeier, 59, of Paris, Arkansas died February 6, 2008 in St. Edward's Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born November 11, 1948 in Paris, AR to his parents Leo H. and Crescence (Hatwig) Neumeier both now deceased.
He was the owner and operator of Neumeier's Garage in Paris. He was a graduate of Subiaco Academy and held a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Neumeier; one son, Craig Neumeier and his wife Heather; one daughter, Bethany Neumeier; one brother, Tommy Neumeier; and 4 grandchildren, Austin, Shea, Rhett, and Aidan Neumeier.
Pallbearers: Gary Rainwater, Larry Buck, Jerry Freeman, David Cravens, J.T. Rogers, Charlie Digiacomo, Donald J. McCubbin, and Jerry Mack Ewing.
Rosary was held at 7:30 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Roller Chapel – Paris. Mass was held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 9, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Friar Eugene Luke O.S.B. officiating with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paris, Arkansas under the direction of Roller Funeral Home – Paris, Arkansas.
