Connie was the daughter of Ray Moore and Vickie Wayne and stepdaughter of Glenn Hamm all surviving . She is also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother.
When Connie was little she was a spitfire but sweet. She loved to cuddle and hug but only when she wanted to. She was definetly a leader. As she got older she remained strong but sweet. For a while she done some modeling. She decided that she wanted to help people and decided to go into the medical field. She was a medical assistant.
