My Uncle Cleo was the best of Men. He was loving, caring, funny, and a man who loved Jesus Christ. Uncle Cleo was my father's brother and we loved him like a second father to us girls.
He took us horse back riding, fishing and four wheeling in vehicles that were not meant for four wheeling! He was always happy to see us and we him. His death was devastating to everyone who knew him and he is still loved and missed more than words can express.

Funeral services for Cleo Charles Satterfied, 58,
of Jenkins MO, who was killed when his tractor overturned yesterday, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the Crane Assembly of God Church with Rev. Bob Ray and Rev. Sammy Golden officiating. Graveside rites will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Post Oak Cemetery near Corning, Arkansas, under the direction of Manlove of Crane.
According to Barry County Coroner Doyle Williamson, Satterfield was using his tractor to round up cattle on his hilly farm when the machine tipped over on the rocky grade. The square-shaped seat pinned him face down against the ground at about 7:30 a.m. He was discovered by his son-in-law, who was helping in the round up of beef cows and calves by using a pick up truck. A wrecker truck equipped with a derrick was needed to lift the heavy tractor off the victim.
Satterfield was a World War Veteran and had lived in Jenkins since September, moving from Ann Arbor, MI.
He is Survived by his wife, Sylvia; a daughter, Linda (Tom), six sisters, Mrs. Laura Perish, Mrs. Genevia Shepard and Mrs. Juanita Thornberry all of Ann Arbor, MI., Mrs. Beulah Grayum of Rockford, Ill., Mrs. Alice Thornton of El Monte, California and Mrs. Edith Bell of Cassville; a brother Clinton Satterfield of Ann Arbor, Michigan and one grandson.
