Services for Virginia Pearl Bergman, 76, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father John Vrana officiating. Interment will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Mrs. Bergman was born May 8, 1923, in Ardmore, to Lewis M. and Emma L. Williams Wagner. She died March 18, 2000, at her residence.

She graduated from Ardmore High School in 1941 and married Sylvester P. Bergman that year in Natchitoches, La. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was also a member of NALC Letter Carrier's Auxiliary. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; three sons, David, Lakeridge, Va., Daniel, Norman, and Darryl, Houston; three daughters, Josephine P. Lovig, West Branch, Iowa, Pamela Finch, Sumter, S.C., and Diana Bergman, Ardmore; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Opal Wagner, in 1927, Lorene Wagner, in 1918, and Ruby Mizerak, in 1973.

Bearers will be J.C. O'Dell, Jerry Williams, Paul Wiles, Brian Bergman, Eric Lovig and Mort Rolleston IV.

Memorials may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice.

Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home will direct services.
