John Toy Barber of Benton, Arkansas, formerly of Monticello died Friday, November, 30.
He is the son of Wesley Joseph and Bannie Pearl Barber. He was a farmer.
Funeral was 2 pm Tuesday, December 4, at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton with burial at Barber Cemetery in Sims, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Thelma (Ohler) Barber, a grandson, Michael Coon, two sister and five brothers.
Survivors include five sons, John Robert Barber of Hasty, Arkansas, Raymond Dale Barber and Michael Evert Barber of Little Rock, Arkansas, Kenneth Lee Barber and Larry Burton Barber of Benton, Arkansas, nine daughters, Dorothy Mae Goggans of Rison, Arkansas, Audrey Gay Bartlett of Western Grove, Arkansas,
Edith Lorine Hand of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Peggy Pauline Gallaway of Redfield, Arkansas, Maggie Noline Sklasz of Casa Grande, Arizona, Polly Ann Jewell and Molly Sue Johnson and Pearl Lenora Oliver, all of Benton, Arkansas and Trixie Annett Jones of Sherwood, Arkansas, a brother, Henry Barver of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas, 35 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were David Bartlett, Tony Jewell, Brian Poston, Jonathan Barber, Jodie Peacock and Bobby Boothe Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were son-in-laws and grandaughters.
