Miss Odessa which some people new her by, was a mother of seven kids, which included two sets of twins. Known for her beauty and fashion sense. She always knew how to make an entrance. When I was a child I would watch her get ready for a night of dancing which may I add she did very well, I would look up at her and think thats my mom shes so beautiful. She was a big Elvis fan, we went 2 Graceland in 87, I was so happy 2 b there with her. When she entered a room it was like the sun was rising in the room it self. I wish she could have seen her granddaughter grow up , she was so proud, and everybody says she looks like her Na Na, I know one thing she got from her Na Na, shopping. Jesus, I wish she could of lived a lil bit longer. A classic southern bell, she was buried in Charleston,SC."When I Must Leave You"When I must leave you for a little whilePlease do not grieve and shed wild tearsAnd hug your sorrow to you through the yearsBut start out bravely with a gallant smile; And for my sake and in my name live on and do all thingsthe same, Feed not your loneliness on empty days,But fill each waking hour in useful ways,Reach out your hand in comfort and in cheerAnd I in turn will comfort you and hold you near; And never, never be afraid to die,For I am waiting for you in the sky!
