PARSONS, TN - William Thomas Alexander Jr., 75, of Memphis, TN, formerly of Parsons, retired from Kimberly-Clark Corp., died Sunday at his home after a heart attack. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Parsons Mortuary with burial in Campground Cemetery. A World War II veteran, he had received a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Silver Star. Mr. Alexander, the husband of Laurinda Denison Alexander, also leaves a daughter, Leigh Ann Alexander, and a son, Terry Lynn Alexander, both of Memphis; two brothers, Leonard Alexander of Wildersville and Woodrow Blankenship of Memphis, and a grandson.
