Died at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 1975, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, Miss. He was 62, native of Baton Rouge and resident of 3070 Marydon Drive. He was a retired employe of Ethel Corp.

Body at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville until time of religious services at 11 a.m. Friday at Middleton Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Burial in church cemetery.

Survived by his wife, Maybell Whittington Causey, Baton Rouge; two sons, Jerry Lonzo Causey, Meadville, and Arthur Chester Causey, Greenwell Springs; two brothers, Clayton and Lewis Causey, both of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Harold McFarland, Bude, Miss.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Ethel Management Club and Oak Crest Baptist Church.
