Barbone attended Los Lunas Rehabilitation Center for 3 years and Coyote Canyon Rehabilitation Center for 31 years. Hobbies included swimming, walking, and arts and crafts.
Survivors include his brothers, Leonard Barbone of Sandspring, N.M., Ned C. Barbone, Sr. of Borrego Pass, N.M., Bennie Barbone of Canoncito, Eddie T. Barbone of Albuquerque, and Woody Barbone of Borrego Pass.
Barbone was preceded in death by his parents, John T. Barbone and Elsie N. Barbone; brothers, Sammy Barbone, Wayne Barbone, and Jones Barbone.
Pallbearers will be Timothy Barbone, Deandro Barbone, Ned Barbone, Jr., Owen Chavez, Tyson Chavez, and Kevin Chavez.
