LISBON — Richard Neville, age 75, of Fairfield School Road, died at 8:04 a.m. Friday at his home.

Mr. Neville was born October 31, 1931 in Lisbon, a son of Lloyd and Treva Ward Neville and lived in this area all of his life.

Richard was a dairy farmer and owned and operated Neville Diary with his sons for many years retiring in 2005. He was a member of Clarkson Presbyterian Church and served in the U.S. Army. He had been on the Soil and Water Conservation Board for many years, was a member of Dairy Farmers of America and the Farm Bureau of Columbiana County. He was an avid bowler and was inducted into the Salem Association Bowlers Hall of Fame.

He is survived by his wife, the former Velma E. Swaney, whom he married June 1, 1952; three daughters and their husbands, Deborah and Craig Eells of Rogers, Bonnie and Glenn Joseph of Columbiana and Terrie and Mark Mellington of Lisbon; four sons and their wives, Donald and Sandra Neville of Negley, William and Lana Neville, Robert and Megan Neville, Jerry and Debra Neville all of Lisbon; a brother and his wife, Gary and Virginia Neville of Columbiana; fourteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at the Lake Mount Church of Christ, Rogers, with Jason Pancake, minister of the church officiating. Burial will follow in Kemble's Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Van Dyke-Swaney Funeral Home, East Palestine and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.

Material tributes may be made to Hospice of the Valley or the Lake Mount Church of Christ memorial fund.
