She was the daughter of Charles Adolph and Clara (Richter) Heiden. Louise married Kenneth William Robinson on October 14, 1939, in Fontana, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death July 6, 1985. Louise was my father's first cousin and the last surviving child of Charles and Clara.

Louise was a member of the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lake Geneva. She graduated from Lake Geneva High School in 1935, was employed as a waitress and at the Wisconsin Telephone Company as an operator and supervisor before retirement.

She loved Lake Geneva, cooking and baking, and was known by many in the area as the "cookie lady" for the thousands of cookies she baked at Christmastime every year to give to family and friends. She was featured in the Lake Geneva Reginal Newspaper for her love of baking. She also loved to crochet and embroider, collect recipes and travel. She loved her trip to Ireland, and especially her many cruises with her daughters.

When Louise was 18, she was given a birthday book and had almost everyone she met sign it with their birthdate. Until recent years, she would send out hundreds of birthday and anniversary cards a year to brighten someone's day.

Most of all, Louise loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. One of her greatest attributes was always telling everyone how very much she loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, William; and her siblings: Charles, Harry, Lillian, Robert, Rose, Alice, and Herman.
