Lula Belle Adams, age 92 of Eminence, died Sunday, July 8, 2007 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. Daughter of the late Joe Frank and Susie Adams LaFollette, she was a native of Shelbyville and a homemaker, She was a member of Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church in New Castle.

She is survived by one sister, Thelma Bollini, Pekin, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Adams, infant daughter, Dorothy Adams; two sisters: Cora Neese and Florence Rucker; and two brothers: Albert and Jr. LaFollette

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m today (Wednesday, July 11) at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Pastor Doris Harris, Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Eminence Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be William Harris, Jr., James Rice, Kent Allen, Mike LaFollette, Dannie LaFollette and Larry LaFollette.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church.
