Jonathan H. Boudonck, 1 1/2-year-old son of Amy Boudonck and John Hougardy III, of Lebanon, died Saturday evening, June 23, 2007, in St. John's Hospital in Lebanon.

He was born July 10, 2005, in Lake Ozark, Mo.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Greg and Jonda Boudonck, of Lebanon; his paternal grandfather, John Hougardy, Jr., of Marshfield; his paternal grandmother, Brenda Hougardy, of Conway; his paternal great-grandmother, Barbara Wilson, of Conway; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services for Jonathan N. Boudonck will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Dimock officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
