Billy Joe Brown, 67, Lexington, Mo., formerly of Ray County, died Feb. 4, 1991, at a hospital in Lexington. He was born in Orrick and moved to Lexington in 1990. Mr. Brown worked at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant before he retired. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include two brothers, P.J. Brown, Riverside, and Glen Brown, Orrick, and a sister, Mary Lou O'Dell, Kansas City. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Thurman Chapel, Richmond; burial in South Point Cemetery, Orrick.
