JERRY LOVE

Funeral services for Jerry Love, 58, of Colorado City are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Oak Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Bentley Gwyn officiating. Burial will be in Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Love died June 3, 1995 at Mitchell County Hospital. She was born October 3, 1936 in Dimmit, Texas. She married Wayman Love on April 19, 1957 in Roscoe.

She had lived in Colorado City since 1957 and was a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church, where she also taught Sunday School.

Mrs. Love was a charter member of the Mitchell County Cancer Support Group and was the Mitchell County Representative for the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program. She worked 30 years for the Mitchell County Hospital in the lab, nursery and as a ward clerk.

Survivors include her husband, Wayman Love of Colorado City; two sons, Tony Love of Alvin and Timothy Love of Houston; her mother, Itylene Cranfill of San Angelo; three sisters, Joan Brauer of San Angelo, Joy Chapman of Amarillo and Jean Lewis of Austin.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
