Composer, Pianist. He was best known for the 1950s hit "Let Me Go, Lover!" and writing such songs as "Easy Come, Easy Go", "Fun In Acapulco", and "Rock-a-Hula Baby" for Elvis Presley. He contributed to the movie soundtracks "G.I. Blues" (1960), "Wild in the Country" (1961), "Hold On!" (1966), "Spinout" (1966), and "Change of Habit" (1969). In addition to writing for over 60 songs for Presley, Weisman turned out scores for Barbra Streisand, Johnny Mathis, Gladys Knight and Dusty Springfield.
