Donna was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held many callings in the Church and was always pleased to serve others. In her later years she served four LDS missions with Milton to Washington DC, Seattle, WA, Sydney, Australia, and Salt Lake City, UT. Her favorite calling was being the mother of her five children. She loved spending time with her family. Her favorite years were when her children were growing up. She also loved her many years of service in the LDS temples.
Surviving family includes: husband, Milton J. Snowball, St. George, UT; brother, Edward R. Rasmussen, Sacramento, California; two daughters, Darla R. (Larry) Walker, Clearfield, UT; Karen R. (Mikel) Knudsen, St. George, UT; two sons, M. Wendell (Becky) Snowball of Kaysville, UT; David J (Mary Ann) Snowball of Washington, UT; 23 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Carlos Rasmussen, Boyd Rasmussen, Maynard Rasmussen; sister, Mazel Starr; daughter, Claudia (Boyd) Penz; two grandchildren, Leland Biddulph, Mark Snowball.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2006 at noon at the Little Valley Stake Center, 1762 South River Road, St. George, UT. There will be a viewing that same morning from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the services. Interment will be at the St. George City Cemetery, 750 East 100 South. Funeral arrangements are by Spilsbury Mortuary.
