Funeral services for Seminole resident, Bonnie Jean Adkisson are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5th, at First Baptist Church in Seminole, with Rev. Bob Hammons officiating.
Services will be under the direction of Primrose Funeral Home of Norman.
Intermit will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Norman.
Adkisson died Friday, Jan. 2nd at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She was born March 7, 1931 in Moorewood, Oklahoma, the daughter of Fannie Mae (Rice) Moseley and Nathaniel Carnes Moseley.
She married Samuel Estel Adkisson in 1950 and resided in Norman for 35 years.
They relocated to Seminole in 1985.
She was preceded in death by her husband; mother; father; one brother, John Clyde Moseley; one sister, Francis Moseley McDaniel; two grandsons, Bradley Edward Adkisson and Nathaniel Chase Adkisson.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Burks of Norman; her son Sam Adkisson of Seminole; three grandchildren, Shawn Adkisson of Seminole, Samuel Adam Adkisson of Edmond, and Leisha Buol of Norman; two great-grandchildren, Bradleigh and Braden Buol of Norman; two brothers, Leroy Moseley of Leedey and N.C. Moseley of Kansas City, Mo.; as well as many nieces, and nephews.
