Marjorie Virginia Smith Brown, 87, passed away November 17, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born December 7, 1906, a daughter of President Joseph Fielding Smith and Julina Lambson. She Married Campbell Mclloyd Brown Jr on May 15, 1929 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church. Served as Relief Society president, Primary president and in numerous ward and stake callings. She enjoyed listening to music and spending time with her family, close relatives and friends. She was a loving mother.


Marjorie was the last surviving child of President Joseph F. Smith.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, November 21 at 2 P.M. at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Where Friends attended a Viewing on Sunday Evening from 6-7:30 P.M. and on Monday, from 12:30-1:30 P.M.
Graveside Services followed at the Salt Lake City Cemetery where she was buried in the Smith Family Plot.
