Hazel I. Carman, 83, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at her residence in Fostoria. She was born June 1, 1923, in Fostoria to the late Marian and Emma (Echelbarger) Kimble. On Jan. 28, 1945, she married William E. Carman, and he preceded her in death on July 20, 1990. Survivors include two sons, William "Butch" (Leanna) Carman, Jr. and Bert Carman; two daughters, Nancy (Danny) Marker and Emma Seitz; a brother, Harry (Edith) Kimble; a sister, Gertrude Linkey; 21 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by eight brothers, Clyde, Roy, Henry, Miland, Claude, Allen, William and Marion Kimble Jr.
