ANGELA ORA FAYE "ANGEL" CHEWEY, 34, of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, April 2, 2007 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs, with Rev. Elmer Whitehead and Bart Lujan officiating. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery, Rush Springs, under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.
Angel was born December 22, 1972 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Joe and Nancy Ratley Lujan. She graduated from Lindsay High School. She lived in the Rush Springs and Lindsay area all of her life. Angel worked for Great Plains Carnival. She married Wilfred Chewey on Nov. 23, 2005 in Texas. She enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and the carnival. She loved her family and friends. Angel was a member of the Erin Springs Baptist Church.
Her survivors include her husband, Wilfred Chewey of the home; two daughters, Tiffani Brokopp and Shay Lou Chewey, both of the home; parents, Joe and Nancy Lujan of Rush Springs; a brother, Robert Russel Lujan and wife Lisa of Lindsay; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
