ALCORN, Connie L. (Pennell) passed away March 18, 2007, beloved wife of Ray Alcorn, loving mother of Aaron and Heather Pennell and Ryan and Vicki Pennell and stepmother of Jennifer and Mark Shields. Devoted grandmother of Bryce Pennell and Rachel and Landon Shields. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Armella Boll. She is survived by sisters, Carolyn Hasselman and Janet Boll and brother, James Boll. Connie was a graduate of the University of Toledo, earning a degree in Nursing. She pursued a 35 year career in nursing, most recently at Kettering Medical Center. Services will be held Friday March 23, 1:00 PM at the Oakcreek Worship Center. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 PM Thursday at the church. Burial, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Oak Creek Worship Center, 4800 Bigger Rd., Kettering, OH 45420, envelopes available at the church. Arrangements by the Westbrock Funeral Home.
