Tanya Ann Beasley, 12, died suddenly at Speers Hospital, Dayton, Kentucky, Friday.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jewell Beasley of Dayton, Ky., and George Beasley of Chattanooga, and the late Edna Jewel Hilton Beasley, she was born February 5, 1952 in Corbin.

Survivors include her father; parents; three brothers, Paul William, Randy, and Max Beasley; three sisters, Sheila Jo, Beverly, and Tracy Jo Beasley; paternal grandmother, Mrs. George Beasley; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Hilton, Ferguson; and grandmother, Mrs. Iva Parkey, Stab.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Pleasant Run Baptist Church with the Rev. E.R. Prather and the Rev. Edward Ferrell, Dayton, Ky. officiating. Burial was in the Somerset Cemetery.

Somerset Undertaking Company in charge of arrangements.

This community was saddened by the recent death of little Tonya Beasley. Tonya passed away suddenly at a hospital in Dayton, Ky., after she underwent surgery for the removal of her tonsils. She was brought here for the funeral.

This community was saddened last week by the passing of little Tanya Ann Beasley of Dayton, Ky. She was the granddaughter of Mrs. George Beasley and Mr. and Mrs. Dee Helton. Those here from out of town for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Beasley and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Beasley of Birmingham, Ala., Mr. and Mrs. George Junior Beasley and children of Chattanooga, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Charles Beasley and children and Mr. and Mrs. Pete Helton of Knoxville, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Jewel Beasley and children of Dayton, Ky., Mr. Max Beasley of Louisville and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Hollars and children of Cincinnati, Ohio.
