She was a business office representative for Pacific Telephone Co. and retired after 35 years of service. She graduated from Poly High School in 1934 and was a member of First Methodist Church, then Magnolia Center Church of Christ. Hazel is survived by her daughter, Sharon Elaine Chaffee, Glendora, CA; son, Stephen Paul (Sherry Elaine) Chaffee, Colorado; granddaughter, Lisa Marie Chaffee, Colorado. Visitation 10/23, 8:30-9am at Acheson & Graham. Graveside Service is at 10am at Olivewood, followed by a memorial service at Magnolia Center Church of Christ at 11:30am.
