Nannie Pearl Roberts Breeden, 68, of Oliver Springs, died Wednesday, May 21, 1997, at the Life Care Center of Greeneville. Mrs. Breeden had been a lifelong resident of the Oliver Springs area and was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She was born in Windrock on Jan. 2, 1929, the daughter of Joe and Mary K. Lively Roberts. Mrs. Breeden is survived by two daughters, Loretta Graham of Oliver Springs and Jodi Russelland her husband, Marty, of Oak Ridge; two sons, Roger Breeden Sr., and his wife, Betty, of Midway, and Johnny Breeden of Oliver Springs; a sister, Viola Dunlap of Coalfield; and 11 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Charlie H. Breeden and two children, Charles E. Breeden and Christopher Breeden, died earlier. A grandson and a great-granddaughter, Daniel Breeden and Shena Bunch, also died earlier. The funeral will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 23, in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Benny Braden and the Rev. Don Daugherty officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Indian Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
