NOTE: Sometimes her name is spelled as "Harriet" and sometimes as "Harriett." Her grave marker has "Harriet" but her death certificate has "Harriett."

ALSO NOTE: According to the 1900 census, she was born in August 1847, but she's not listed in the household in the 1850 census. According to the 1860 census, she was 8 years old at the time. And according to her death certificate, she was born 20 May 1862 (but it also lists her age as 68, meaning she'd be born in 1852, not 1862). However, her grave marker gives her birth year as 1851.
