Friday afternoon, July 7, 2006 marked the completion of the life of Venice Marie Taylor Armstrong, 88. Born in Ogden, Utah the fourth of ten children of Caroline Housley and Joseph Arthur Taylor. Married Wilson E. Armstrong February 13, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Grew up in St. Anthony, Idaho. Faithfully fulfilled her responsibilities throughout her life for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings. Multi-talented and multi-tasking. Love to sew, crochet, garden, read and cook. A gifted artist. Remembered for incredible chocolate cakes, her quiet gentle ways and many kind acts of charity.

Surviving family members include her children: Wilson Richard (Judy) Armstrong, David (Marianne) Armstrong, Dan (Lorene) Armstrong, Linda (Jim) Gregory and Diana (Kent) Secrist; 26 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren; brothers Gene Taylor and Robert Taylor. Predeceased by husband, Wilson; parents; three sisters and four brothers.
