She had formerly worked at the I.R.S.
Surviving are her husband, Clyde F. Bills, Ogden; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Alta T. Talbot, St. George.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Brent Clyde Bills; brother, Vern Taylor; and two sisters, Grace T. Hadley and Norveda T. Fowers.
