Cecil Lucille Hightower, 91, of Casa Grande, Ariz., died Friday (June 26, 1992) in Artesia. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery. Survivors include her son, James N. Hightower; and her daughters, Billie B. Lewis and Emaree Means. She was a homemaker and seamstress and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She had lived in Artesia since 1941 until moving recently to Arizona. Arrangements are by Terpening and Son Mortuary.
