Whitney was born December 31, 1971 in Montebello,Calif. and was a Bishop resident for three years. Survivors include his father Timothy J. Whitney Sr. of Bishop; mother Rosemary Singh of Whittier, Calif., brother Michael Whitney of Bishop; grandparents, Manuel and Mary Diaz of Sunnyvale, Californi and Charles O. Whitney of Barnhart, Mo. Officiating will be Reverend Dan Willson of the First Presbyterian Church, interment will be at East Line Street Cemetery, Bishop, California.
