Charles C. Galloway, 69, of Berryville died in Winchester Memorial Hospital Sunday morning. He was born January 3, 1889, in Clarke County, the son of J. Frank Galloway and Minnie Vance Neville Galloway. For over 40 years, he was connected with the Texaco Company as its representative in Clarke County. His wife, the former Miss Grace Duble, preceded him in death. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Robert H. Riddleberger, Jr., of Front Royal; a sister, Mrs. Benjamin Crampton of Berryville; four brothers, James N., of Annapolis, Md., Frank M., Louis E., and Robert H.Galloway of Berryville.

A son, Alfred Duble Galloway preceded him in death.

A funeral service will be held at the Enders Funeral Home in Berryville Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by the Rev. William N. Raney,with interment in Green Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Brooke Neville, Felix Aguilar, Madison Galloway, R. S. Weaver, Hugh N. Funkhouser and T. S. Sprint.
