Robert Milton Hill was born in Summerfield, Noble County, Ohio. He was the youngest of 4 children, his Mom Jessie Vandyne Hill died when Dad was 5. His Dad Raymond put all 4 of the kids in a Orphanage. Dad joined the Navy at 16 yrs old in 1941 & retired in 1962. Dad fought in the Pacific Theater during WW2. Dad was transferred to Jacksonville, Fl. after the war & met my Mom & they were married in Dec. of 1949. Dad left all of us in Fl. & Hardly had anymore contact with his kids. Dad had a Stroke later on & then developed Diabeties & had both legs amputated. Dad wanted to be buried back home in Ohio & thats where he is now Resting. He is survived by 4 sons & 1 daughter & many grankids & greatgrankids. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Dale R. Hill in 1993 & Micheal W. Hill in 2004..
