My grandfather was a wonderful human being. He was talented, fun, interesting, and compassionate. Grandpa loved his family, and put family right after God. He was also a real outdoorsman, having been born in Kentucky. I will always have fond memories of him taking me fishing, or teaching me to play checkers, or of watching him build something from odds and ends. Everyone should have had a grandfather like mine.
