Former Keytesvllle Tailor Deserted Wife
Mrs. Mary Anderson, 19 yearsold, died at ? o'clock Sunday evening after a
lingering illness, at her home, 520 Winchester street In Moberly.
Courier readers are acquaintedwith the case of Mrs. Anderson,
who was , deserted by her husband, Tony Anderson, formerlya Keytesvuie tailor,
in Moberly several months ago. She was
left penniless by Mr. Anderson. and for weeks she and her eight months old were
at the mercy of the world.
As well as can be ascertained - she is survived by two sisters and four
brothers, besides her husband and child. Just where her brothers and sisters are
is not known.
A short funeral service over the remains was held from the
residence at 12 o'clock Monday and the body shipped to Keytesvllle for burial
Monday afternoon where short services were held
at the cemetery at the time of burial
Mrs. Anderson's friends in this city will regret to learn of
her demise, and the child will perhaps be taken care of by some of them.
