Beverly Ann was born in 1931 to dairy-laborer Viverne Carl (1905-1988) & Burla Ada (Carl) Jarstfer. She was the 2nd of 4 children: Barbara Jean (1930-2002) Betty Lou (19-33- ) & Charles W. (1935-2004). She went to a small country school. On Sept. 2, 1950 she married Ralph W. Warren (1930-2005) & they had 2 daughters: Evelyn Jane (1952) & Linda Kay (1952). During that time he served in the Military for a bit & she studied Nursing. At the age of 24, she became ill & diagnosed with having endometriosis which led to a hysterectomy. they were divorced around 1960 & she re-married to joe Martinez, who was a father of an older son named Joe Jr., however that marriage was short lived. She then moved to New Mexico, started work at a local store where she met & in 1977 married Cecil W. Deerman (1918-1987) father of 3 older girls, veteran, & contract driver for the postal service. She partnered with him for awhile & then became driver herself which she did for over 20 years. They divorced in 1988 & soon after met forest ranger, widower, veteran & father, Fletcher Awtrey (1923-2006). On May 13,1990 they were wed & shared the drive duties until they retired in 1992, several years later they moved to Rodeo, a small village in SWNM. Fletchers mind and health had started to affect their lives and in 2000, she and his children made the decision to place him in a care facility. In Jan, 2006 fletchers brother passed, a week later (19th), he did also. He was buried on the 23rd of that month with high military honor. The following evening, Beverly had a massive heart attack and was found deceased the following morning. Her grandchildren Randy Hughey, Jimmy Hughey, Jay Hughey, Charles Rothwell and Tina Rothwell carried her to rest beside her husband.
