Mrs. Doody served in the U.S. Navy and volunteered her time to American River Hospital Auxiliary, the Mercy Guild, and the Children's Receiving Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Doody, M.D., and is survived by her daughter, Jo E. Campbell (husband Todd), son Michael T. Doody (wife Joann Georgallis), cousins, nieces, and nephews. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, Jan. 23 at Calvary Cemetery, 7101 Verner Ave., Citrus Heights. Remembrances may be made to the Children's Receiving Home.
