Mrs. Jennie Wilson of Three Springs Star Route died on Tuesday, July 3, 1952, at 3:30 a.m. at the Fulton County Medical Ceneter at McConnellsburg. She had been a patient in the center for 11 days and had been ill for two weeks prior to her death.

The deceased was born at Kearney, Bedford County, on June 3, 1892, a daughter of John and Sarah Mort. Shew as twice married. Her first husband, McClellan Covert died in 1938. She the married Ranel Wilson who died October 29, 1961.

She was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of God in Maddensville.

She is survived by the following children: Eugene J. Covert of Clear Ridge, William Covert of Orbisonia, R.D., and Mrs. Clyde (Althea) Frain of Three Springs, R.D. and two step-children, Presley and Frank Covert, both of Mapleton. Twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three sisters and one brother also survive: John Mort, Mrs. Mae Kransky and Mrs. Pearl Rice, all of Lewistown, and Mrs. Ida Himes, Six Mile Run. One daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 6, at 2 p.m. at the Ott funeral home, Orbisonia. The Rev. Paul Bell, pastor of the Walnut Grove Church of God, officiated and interment was made in the Old Methodist Cemetery, Maddensville.
