Obituary - Birmingham News, January 7, 2011
ASHMORE, FLORENE BURKS age 91 of Brilliant, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Survivors include three daughters, Irma Ashmore (John) Jordan, Stuarts Draft, VA, Linda Ashmore Schilling and Wanda Ashmore Pollard, both of Northport, 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Chapel service will be held Friday 12:00 PM with burial in Brilliant Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday 10:00 AM until time of service. Miles Funeral Home of Winfield directing.
